Bad Teaching

Sometimes the experts get things wrong.  At school, we were taught about how the TIDES work.  If you watch the video from the link below, you will find out just how wrong the teachers were.

I mention this because I have had the same problem regarding the Capacitor Paradox, and why I had to write the articles about Capacitors.
